WeSports has completed the acquisition of Pölder Sport AB. The company started in 1990 and is one of the oldest specialists within cross-country ski equipment in the Nordic region. Besides its’ solid online presence, the company operates the world's largest physical specialist store for cross-country skiing in Nässjö, Sweden.

Johan Ryding joins as a new board member of WeSports. Johan is one of the founders of Sportamore, the first dedicated Nordic online sports store. Johan was active as CEO from 2009 to 2020 when Sportamore was acquired by Footway Group. Prior to Sportamore, Johan worked seven years at Nike EMEA.

WeSports has completed the acquisition of Finwake, the leading water sports equipment specialist in Finland. Finwake has a strong position in Finland with the B2C destination vesiurheilu.fi, as well as a portfolio of strong own brands such as Saimaa SUP and Saima Active to well known international quality brands.

North European Trust AB, a company within WeSports, has completed the acquisition of dinhoj.se, an online retailer of spare parts for mopeds and scooters. WeSports looks forward to support NETAB in developing dinhoj.se to an even stronger destination and spare parts specialist for micro mobility customers.

WeSports has completed the acquisition of Bikelease, the leading provider of "benefit bikes" in Sweden. WeSports has completed the acquisition of Gymstick, a Finland based fitness equipment company founded in 2003. Gymstick provides high quality fitness and sports equipment to over 45 countries. Gymstick also operates Treenikauppa.fi, a leading multi brand online destination for training equipment.
