Wesports acquire rights to Kraftmark brand and launches strategic partnership

WeSports further strengthens its position within the fitness segment by completing the acquisition of the Kraftmark brand and launching a long-term partnership with the Kraftmark founding team.

Kraftmark has in a short period of time achieved a reputation as a leading innovative force within the fitness industry in the Nordics.

Kraftmark develops and markets high quality fitness products under its own brand to gyms in Sweden and Norway. Kraftmark also sells direct to consumers online via own websites kraftmark.se and kraftmark.no.

Kraftmark will contribute to WeSports fitness segment with its sales network and service offering to commercial gyms, company gyms and housing association gyms, as well as strengthening WeSports’ consumer product offering.

WeSports fitness consists of the leading consumer online fitness destinations Traningsmaskiner.com in Sweden, Treenikauppa.fi in Finland, Training365.no in Norway and Traeningsmaskiner.com in Denmark. WeSports also markets its own fitness brands Master Fitness and Gymstick as well as its own wholesale fitness business, Vartex.

Going forward WeSports fitness will be able to offer a significantly improved product offering in stock, a higher quality service network and faster deliveries to both gym owners and fitness consumers.

Martin Appelfeldt co-founder of Wesport’s owned fitness specialist Zidcore AB will resume the position as CEO of Kraftmark and together with the Kraftmark founders and management team continue on the set strategy, strengthening Kraftmark’s leading Nordic position within its field.
